Cadence Design Systems’ Analog/Mixed Signal (AMS) Services Group is looking for Senior AMS designers to join their worldwide AMS design team in Shanghai. The team is responsible for developing analog/mixed signal IC design solutions for Cadence customers worldwide. The Cadence team has a world class AMS design success record across a broad spectrum of industry segments including wired, wireless, medical, automotive, and consumer electronics in a range of process geometries from 350nm to 32nm, for startups and large global customers alike. We have helped 300+ customers bring more than 1,000 innovative products to market.

Sharpen your design and leadership skills by working on diverse IC design projects for a variety of global customers. Work with the latest AMS design tools and the latest technology in a world class design environment. Play an active role in both the technical pre-sales and the resulting analog design projects. Participate in strategic analog IP development. Be a key contributor and learn at the same time. Become a part of the Cadence worldwide analog/mixed signal IC services team!
The successful applicant must have a MS degree with 6+ years of applicable design experience in the analog design industry. It is essential that the applicant strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Requires good English communication skills. Must also be able to work well in a team environment.
Applicants should possess:
•Deep design expertise in several of the key analog IC design areas and their architectures/applications listed. Areas include: Data Converters; SerDes, PLL's; Oscillators; Low Noise Design; RF IC building blocks
•Hands-on experience conducting design analysis and recommending appropriate solutions
•Solid understanding of IC design technology and process/methodology in IC design solutions
• Ability to develop innovative solutions as well as provide technical direction to junior analog IC design team members, ensuring robust, consistent and successful delivery of projects
• Ability to mentor junior design team members and learn from more senior design members
•Ability to openly exchange and communicate technical information with peers, group management, and customers
