Title: 3D Imaging and Its Applications
Abstract:
This talk will cover three topics: 1) an overview of commonly available 3D
imaging methods such as Stylus Profiler, AFM, Confocal, and SEM; 2) an
introduction of Zeta Instruments 3D imaging technology; and 3) a discussion on
specific applications of 3D imaging in several industries such as solar,
semiconductor manufacturing, precision micro-machining, and etc.
