Highlight:
 The Taiwan Government has liberalized its capital markets and provided a great
alternative platform as well as cost effective opportunities for foreign companies and private
equity communities. The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE), GreTai Securities Market (GTSM)
and Taiwan Trade Center, S.F., will jointly host a Seminar to facilitate US companies, especially
the small and mid-cap companies on listing in Taiwan and capitalizing on the Taiwan advantages
for its business in Asia.
A delegation consisting of the Chairman of GTSM and President of TSE with the professionals
 from Taiwan’s prominent underwriters, CPAs, and law firms will provide first hand information
covering the new trend in Taiwan to open up its financial market and how a US company can go
IPO in Taiwan.
