·        Software/platform (compiler, OS, language)

1.      STC_3D-IC R&D Engineer
 
Requirements:
 
*PhD/Post Doc, major in EE, CE, CS or related disciplines
 
*Familiar with 3D-IC design issues and EDA flow
 
*Familiar with reliability issues
 
*Familiar with DFT/BIST and testing technology
 
Responsibilities:
 
*Design methodology and flow integration for 3DIC
 
*3DIC design and physical implementation
 
*Thermal analysis and reduction
 
2.      STC_3D-IC/SoC DFT, DFM & DFR R&D Engineer
 
Requirements:
 
*PhD/Post Doc, major in EE, CE, CS or related disciplines
 
*Familiar with SoC design methodology and EDA Flow
 
*Familiar with testable and reliable design/implementation
 
Responsibilities:
 
*Testable design

*Fault tolerance design
